Ben Munoz (ben@bensfriends.org)
Ben created our first patient community so that he could find someone to connect with while recovering from a stroke. He and Scott realized what an impact a compassionate community could make in the life of a patient and began creating more patient communities for people with other rare diseases. Ben was formerly a software developer at eToys and IVT. Ben is a graduate of Stanford University and Kellogg School of Management.

Scott Orn (scottorn@bensfriends.org)
Scott is a friend and classmate of Ben's and provided support to Ben while he recovered from AVM. Scott was inspired by Ben's efforts to connect other patients with AVM through AVMSurvivors.org. Scott & Ben co-founded Ben's Friends so they could bring the same support and information to others coping with rare conditions. Scott spends his days working in Venture Capital as a Principal at Lighthouse Capital Partners and his nights working on Ben's Friends. He's a graduate of UC Berkeley and Kellogg School of Management. He writes a blog at KennyKellogg.com and would love to hear your stories and become your friend.

Eric D. Kroll (eric@bensfriends.org)
Eric is thrilled to be part of a team helping other people who can't find support. He's focused on growing the newest community, LivingWithFibro.org, marketing, and building out new sites, among other things. He currently works as an entrepreneur and consultant, having previously spent time at American Express, StubHub, and a couple of startups. Eric is a graduate of Brown University and Stanford Business School. He's passionate about making a difference, sports, games, and travel.

Haley Gallant (haley@bensfriends.org)
Haley joined the team in 2010 when Scott encouraged her to find her passion. She is now responsible for our public relations efforts. She was previously a project manager at a large pipeline company and now she is a full-time MBA student at Santa Clara University. She is a graduate of the University of Calgary's Schulich School of Engineering.

John Stamler (john@bensfriends.org)
John is a friend and was a classmate of Eric's at Brown University. John got involved with Ben's Friends in June 2010, a month after successful open heart surgery to close his Atrial Septal Defect. Since joining Ben's Friends, John launched and moderates two communities, ASDSurvivors.org and LivingWithVWD.org and ran the NY City Marathon less than six months after open heart surgery to raise awareness and money for Ben's Friends. In addition to moderating, John is focused on sponsorships, partnerships with corporates, hospitals, physicians and the financial side of Ben's Friends. Similar to Scott, John spends his days working in the financial world at a private equity fund and his nights working on Ben's Friends. He's a graduate of Brown University.
